Galina Kharchenko’s unique pottery workshop, housed in her family home in Vladimirovka village, functions as a genuine miniature museum as much as a working craft studio. Visitors stepping inside encounter homespun towels and carpets alongside objects nearly a century old, displayed alongside Galina’s contemporary clay creations: jugs, plates, cups, baking pots, candlesticks and a variety of souvenirs bearing symbols of Pridnestrovie. The combination of inherited heritage and living craft tradition makes this workshop a genuinely special destination within the Slobodzeya district.

Galina not only demonstrates the complete process of creating clay pottery but also runs accessible master classes for visitors of all ages and backgrounds. Working at the potter’s wheel under her guidance, guests can create their own unique clay object to take home — a hands-on souvenir that no shop could replicate. Handmade items are available for purchase directly from the workshop, and custom souvenirs can also be ordered according to the visitor’s own sketches and ideas, making each piece truly personal.
