• 9:45–10:50 AM — Setting up bicycles and gear in the transition zone
• 10:50–10:57 AM — Briefing
• 10:57–11:00 AM — Participant presentation
• 11:00 AM — Start of the Kids, Super Sprint, Sprint, and Standard distances, plus the Standard relay
• 2:10 PM — Finish (time limit: 3 hours 10 minutes)
• 2:30 PM — Awards ceremony and photo
