Immortal Regiment March

On May 9, towns and cities across Transnistria will hold the Immortal Regiment march, with residents walking down central streets carrying portraits of relatives who took part in the Great Patriotic War.

Tiraspol — Gathering at 9:30 AM near the Drama Theater; march begins at 10:00 AM.

Bendery — Gathering at 9:30 AM on Liberation Square; march begins at 10:00 AM.

Slobodzeya — Gathering at 8:45 AM at the Memorial of Glory in the Russian quarter; the march begins at 9:00 AM, following a rally and flower-laying ceremony.

Grigoriopol — March begins at 8:30 AM from the memorial marker commemorating the founding of Delacau village.

Dubossary — Gathering at 9:00 AM on Zaschitnikov Square (Defenders’ Square); the march begins at 9:15 AM, proceeding along Gorky, Lenin, and Dzerzhinsky Streets to Victory Square.

Rybnitsa — Gathering at 9:00 AM on Victory Square; march begins at 9:30 AM.

Kamenka — Gathering at 8:30 AM on 60th Anniversary of October Square; march begins at 9:00 AM.

Dnestrovsk — Gathering at 8:30 AM near School No. 2; march begins at 9:00 AM.
