Held as part of the Year of the Transnistrian People, this concert by the A.G. Rubinstein Pridnestrovian State Institute of Arts, titled “The Enchantment of Russian Music,” features works by Russian composers from the 19th through 21st centuries. The program brings together soloists and performing ensembles from the Institute of Arts.
