• 11:00–11:50 — Setting up bicycles and gear in the transition zone
• 11:50 — Briefing
• 12:00 — Mass start
• 14:50 — Transition zone opens for access
• 15:00 — Awards ceremony by distance and group photo, along with the presentation of awards for the Hi-Trail Cup 2025 triathlon series
