KVINT

The KVINT factory is one of the biggest enterprises in the former USSR. Every year, the factory produces more than 20 million bottles of wine, cognac and alcoholic beverages. To your service there will be the informative communication with sommelier over the glass of good divin or wine. During this meeting, you will get the answers to all basic questions concerning the varieties of divins and wines produced by the Tiraspol Winery & Distillery KVINT, and the recommendations to get the most out of these amazing drinks.

DAY 2

Aquatir

The main activity of Akvatyr company is the cultivation of sturgeon fish, as well as the production of natural black
beluga caviar, Russian sturgeon, bester and sterlyady. Unfortunately, the negligent attitude towards nature has
destroyed a way of migrating sturgeons for thousands of years to reproduce in the upper areas of the rivers Moldova. In this regard, the first module for fish farming was built in 2006.

DAY 2

Casa Karaman

The guesthouse was built on the site of a traditional cottage with a history of about 100 years, which was passed down from generation to generation and preserves the authenticity of the
period of the beginning of the XX century. Karaman House is a real historical gem of the village, due to the fact that it keeps archaic objects and old things, handmade (coute, bagel, shovel, leash, old barrels, furniture, lamps, carpets, etc.), and things donated by families in the community, in order to promote the
ancient culture and traditions.

DAY 2

Bottle-Museum

More than 10 thousand types of bottles of various alcoholic drinks from 105 countries of the world are placed in six beautifully designed halls. The collection includes rare, exclusive, numbered and souvenir copies of bottles.
After inspecting the collection, a tasting of wines and brandies from Moldovan producers is offered in a beautifully decorated hall. 

DAY 3

Dubossary Hydropower Plant

Constructed in the mid-20th century, Dubossary HPP harnesses the river’s flow to generate electricity, playing a crucial role in the local power grid. Dubossary reservoir is adjacent to the dam of the hydropower plant. The rich nature and picturesque views invariably attract a lot of tourists. The hydropower plant is a significant landmark in Moldova’s industrial landscape, contributing to the country’s renewable energy resources and exemplifying Soviet-era engineering.

Buket Moldavii

Buket Moldavii is an enterprise with almost a century of history and specializes in the production of a wide range of alcoholic beverages produced according to the preserved traditional classical technologies and using original recipes.
Today, CJSC “Buket Moldavii” produces more than 60 types of alcoholic beverages and has many awards, including international ones.

Transfer to Chisinau. City tour

Transfer to Old Orhei
